Handcrafted pastry brush in birch and horsehair. The beautiful handle was designed, shaped and oiled for comfort, and the bristle type was carefully selected.

BRUSH CARE: Clean your brush with soap and warm water, and let it dry bristles down. We recommend oiling the wood on occasion with food-grade oil. Allow the oil to absorb before your next use.

This brush is handmade by visually impaired craftsmen following traditional Swedish techniques used for over a hundred years. 


Our products will have slight variations in design and size, this is a natural occurrence in handmade goods and one of the many reasons we love them so.

No two designs will be exactly alike, giving you a lasting one-of-a-kind product to treasure for years to come.

    Got flour dust?

    You can’t use any old brush to get flour off of your products. This one doesn’t leave any trace or destroy your product either, perfectly glides across and removes any heavy buildup of flour dust that you may have on your bench.
